Bread-Bakers v006.n067.8

I am sure this has been done.  I am a new user of this awesome list.  I 
now make a loaf a day and never the same recipe twice.  I would 
appreciate a listing of places to buy flour and yeast by mail. I would 
also particularly like the address for King Arthurs.  Our local Sams club 
is limited to the types of flour and the one specialty shop has out of
