Bread-Bakers v005.n039.4

I'm having problems with my Trillium BreadMan bread machine:  the
bread won't rise!

I didn't have this problem before, but it's been a few months since I 
made bread regularly.

I've purchased fresh flour and yeast but this hasn't helped.

Any suggestions/advice?
