Bread-Bakers v114.n007.4

Does anyone have any gluten and wheat free recipes that a friend of 
mine could use for his wife who has been diagnosed with Coeliac 
disease. She is finding this a little difficult and as she bakes 
quite a bit I am hoping that someone here might have some interesting 
recipes she could try.
