No-Knead Bread: oiling the pot

You asked what kind of oil I used when I oiled the Dutch oven. The 
answer: olive oil. After I brushed on the oil, I removed virtually 
all of it with a paper towel. There was a barely perceptible light 
film of oil left; there was no smoking in the oven.
