I note that many recent messages deal with masurement-to-weight conversions 
among other things, so I am sending my list for those who might find it 
useful. I almost all cases, slight differences in weight have little effect 
on the finished product. In the case of flour however, I suggest you work 
out the weight of the flour you use regularly by measuring and then 
weighing to establish a 'standard'.
