I've been very busy with my new business and thought you might be 
interested in the following article, which appeared in the Sept 26 Baton 
Rouge paper.

Since mobility limitations make hand-made bread such a challenge, I often 
turn to quick breads and machines, and I concentrate on developing flavors 
by using herbs and other ingredients.
