Bread-Bakers v102.n011.23

Note for Jerry Ulett and others,

I made a batch of muffins using The bread Makers Apprentice recipe. The 
taste was good and they were easier to make than I thought they would be. 
However they were a bit larger than I like. I think the Thomas brand have 
more nooks and crannies. Any one know how they do that?
