Bread-Bakers v101.n053.12

Ellen aka Gormay recently wrote about liberating herself from the care
and feeding of her sourdough starters by purchasing Lalvain du Jour
Starters from King Arthur.  I am just about to order some, but got to
wondering if any other bakers on this list have tried Lalvain.  If so, I
would appreciate your comments.
