Bread-Bakers v101.n023.1

Hi.  I'm going to Italy on May 15 for 18 days.  My wife and I will be
spending time in Rome, Florence, Portofino, Bolzano, and Venice.  Have
any of you ever visited any Italian bakeries in these cities?  I try to
visit bakeries in my travels to learn from the experts, so I will
appreciate any help that you, my fellow bakers, may be able to give me.
