For Mary (Scullery Maid)

I regularly bake loaves on baking parchment up to 230 centigrade in my fan 
oven and have no trouble BUT the paper around the edge of the loaf does 
brown and become brittle in 15 minutes cooking so it may be that 230 C is 
approaching the limit of the material.

Magic Carpet is guaranteed up to 250 C and the sheet I'm currently baking 
with has been used > 150 times and is as good as new.
