Bread-Bakers v100.n073.2

The best commercial rye breads come from "Dimpflmeir". They are flavorful, 
heavy, and moist. I suspect their names (such as "Jagdschnitten") are just 
made up.  I can't find them in any books. If anyone has recipes for their 
breads, please share them with me.
