Bread-Bakers v100.n071.10

What's the highest oven temperature that baking parchment can stand?  I 
understood from Ray Bradbury that paper burns at Fahrenheit 451.  The idea 
of pizza on parchment is very appealing, but I don't want to look in my 
oven and find my pizza on fire!
