SAF and KA classes

i've been using the saf instant yeast for several years; my local supermarket
carries it. i leave it in the fridge in a plastic bag. sometimes it comes up
to room temp, sometimes i just toss it in. i have proofed it or not, it always
does a great job.

in the line of good things coming to those who wait, i opened the latest
edition of the KA catalogue, and the baking classes are coming to Cape Cod!!
if they're coming here, they'll soon be on your front door. unfortunately,
they have to come in the off season and march weather is somewhat problematic;
i would have to get up at the crack of dawn to get there for the first am
class; but i'm hoping to make it for the bread class.
