Bread-Bakers v097.n078.13

Does anyone have a recipe for pocketless pita breads like the ones used for
Greek gyro sandwiches and the ?wrap? sandwiches at Wendy?s?  They appear to be
grilled rather than baked, but are much thicker than a flour tortilla.  I saw
some for sale at Sam?s Wholesale Club, but didn?t think my family of four
could consume 4 dozen before they went bad!
