Bread-Bakers v097.n073.5

I  have a large crowd coming for Thanksgiving dinner, therefore a full oven
at noontime. Does anyone have any suggestions how I could make rolls  a day
or so early and reheat them at  the last minute?  (I don't like to micowave
bread.)  Thanks to anyone who has tried this, it would really be a help to
me.
