I Like this recipe for raisin bread
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tb oil
2 1/2 tb brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tb dry milk
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
When machine beeps to add add'l ingred..
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
My machine has a setting for SWEET or SPECIAL breads, and I use that one.
