Bread-Bakers v097.n002.4

     Does anyone have a good recipe for making pretzel dough in the bread 
     machine?  I used the recipe from "Bread Machine Magic," but it's not 
     quite the taste I want.  Also, why are pretzels boiled before baking?  
     What does that process accomplish?
