Here is another loaf that I made last weekend...

                        1 1/2 Lb Loaf: -- (1 Lb Loaf):
   1 1/2  C             Water -- Milk,  (1 C)
   1      Tbsp          Applesauce -- Shortng,( 1 1/2T)
   2      C             Whole Wheat Flour -- (1 1/2 C)
   1      C             Bread Flour -- ( 2/3 C)
     1/3  C             Cornmeal -- (1/4 C)
   1      Tbsp          Brown Sugar -- (2 T)
   2      Tsp           Fresh Sage -- (1 1/2 T), Or
     1/2  Tsp           Dried Sage -- Crushed,(1/2 Tsp)
     3/4  Tsp           Salt -- (1/2 T)
   1      Tsp           Yeast -- (1 Tsp)

I don't know where I got this but it was quite good.  
Could use more sage.
