Bread-Bakers v006.n043.13

Reggie:  I thought I sent this question a several weeks ago, but it has never 
shown up in Bread Digest.  I'll ask again:

    I have a bread machine cookbook with numerous recipes that call
    for date sugar.  I don't know what it is, or where it can be
    found.  Do others use it?  If so, where do they buy it?  If not,
    does anyone know of a substitute for it?
