This is in reply to Patti Beadles re: service to the DAK\Welbuilt machine.
We had our unit serviced by Welbuilt in North Jersey and it was just fine.
Cost was about 50-55 and included replacement of the chip (hope it wasn't
intel). Took a couple of weeks though.
