                         1 lb loaf: -- (2 lb loaf):
   7             ounces  warm water -- more if needed (14 oz)
   2 1/2    tablespoons  butter -- soft (5T)
   3 1/2      teaspoons  sugar -- (7 tsp)
      1/2      teaspoon  salt -- (1 tsp)
   1           teaspoon  dry mustard -- (2 tsp)
   2 1/2    tablespoons  Parmesan cheese -- (5T)
   1 1/2       teaspoon  paprika -- (3 tsp)
   1 1/4            cup  grated cheddar cheese -- (2 1/2C)
   2 1/2    tablespoons  minced onions -- (5T)
   2 1/2           cups  bread flour -- (5C)
   2          teaspoons  active dry yeast -- (4 tsp)
This bread made in a bread machine is doubly cheesy with both 
Parmesan and Cheddar cheese. It's delicious toasted, used for 
sandwiches, or crumble and use in stuffing recipes.
Makes: 1 & 2 lb loaves
Ready in: 1-2 hrs

Add all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufacturer.
Select "white" bread setting; crust color as desired.
Adjust liquid if needed.
  Use only freshly grated cheese, not pre-packaged shredded cheese as 
that contains starch and will make the bread too dry.
