Bread-Bakers v115.n033.3

My friend is extremely sensitive to carbs found in bread.  She loves 
home made bread but hasn't been able to make any because of the 
diabetic sensitivity.  Anyone out there have a good recipe for 
traditional or machine baking?  thanks in advance.
