Bread-Bakers v115.n010.3

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a recipe to make Allinson bread. It is a healthy 
bread made with whole wheat flour. In France where I live, we have 
different types of whole wheat flour: T150-T130-T110 etc. to work 
with so that should not be a problem.
