    2        tablespoons  coconut flour
    1         tablespoon  heavy cream
    1              ounce  sour cream
    1              large  egg
    2 1/2         ounces  lowfat goats milk
    2              large  egg yolks
    1           teaspoon  vanilla extract
    2          teaspoons  canola oil
    2        tablespoons  ground flaxseeds
       1/3           cup  water
    1           teaspoon  baking soda

Combine all the elements.

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F until the top becomes brownish.
