Bread-Bakers v112.n017.2

I've been a member of this group for quite some time, but I am yet to 
figure out how to import a recipe that comes from this group by email 
into Master Cook except by copying and pasting the components 
individually line by line. EX title, then each line of ingredients, 
then directions etc,

Isn't there an easier way to do this?
