Bread-Bakers v110.n030.1

Years ago, there was a Paradise Bakery inside a mall in CA. They made 
a Paradise Bran muffin, I believe it had pineapple, nuts, carrots and 
more in it but had the "bran" texture (not cake-ie).

Does anyone have a bran muffin with lots of goodies in it??
