Bread-Bakers v110.n008.1

I love this bread, and wondered if anyone with a more sophisticated 
palate than I could give me hints on how to get the same flavor in 
home baking.  I always enjoy it when I go to a Longhorn 
Steakhouse.  If anyone knows how to duplicate the flavor and texture 
I would greatly appreciate any hints.
