                      Autumn Harvest Bread - King Arthur <J T>

    1 3/4         ounces  carrot -- fresh, coarsely grated, 1/2 cup
    2             ounces  zucchini -- fresh, coarsely grated, 1/2 cup
    1         tablespoon  honey
    1         tablespoon  unsalted butter
    11 5/8        ounces  unbleached flour -- 2 3/4 cup, King Arthur 
Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    4             ounces  whole-wheat flour -- 1 cup, King Arthur 
Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
    1           teaspoon  salt
       1/4      teaspoon  allspice -- ground
    2          teaspoons  yeast
       3/4           cup  water
Place all the ingredients into the bread pan of your bread machine in 
the order recommended by the manufacturer. Program for basic bread, 
light crust, and press start.
Check the dough's consistency about 7 minutes after the kneading 
cycle begins, adding additional water or flour to form a soft, smooth 
ball of dough.
Allow the machine to complete its cycle. Cool loaf completely on a 
rack before slicing and serving.
Yield: One loaf, 1 1/2 pounds, 16 slices
