I've had several machines in the last 11 years - from the DAK Turbo IV, to
the Breadman TR444 to my Oster Expressbake and I found the Breadman and the
Oster to be my favorites. I hated the DAK (they stopped making bread
machines and were bought out by Welbilt after that, I think). It made
really weird bread.
The Breadman made excellent bread. The Oster makes great bread too.
I've heard very good things about the Zo machines. They are supposed to be
excellent. I am sure others will chime in, if they have one.
