Bread-Bakers v105.n011.1

As mentioned above, BuonItalia in Chelsea Market sells 00 under the Gran 
Mugnaio label. They actually have two varieties of 00, one specified for 
pasta making, the other for pizza. I've also found in some small local 
Italian markets (I live near Albany, NY) some 00 imported by Del Verde, the 
pasta maker.
