Bread-Bakers v105.n010.6

In Manhattan, Buon Italia in Chelsea Market carries Italian 00 flour.  I 
couldn't find it on the website http://www.buonitalia.com/  but I do buy it 
there and perhaps you could call them if you want to mail order.  It's a 
very nice store, but a bit out of the way for me to go there on a routine 
basis.
