Bread-Bakers v104.n044.8

I am searching for a recipe for a multi-grain bread that is similar to the 
Milton's Multi-Grain Bread sold at Costco.

Anyone familiar with this bread?  It is hearty, a bit sweet and nutty, yet 
it is not dense or heavy.

I'd greatly appreciate anyone's help with this.
