Like John, Jazzbel and Roxanne, I too have made overnight milk fermentation
products for years with no adverse reactions.  I have made the
pancake/waffle mixture, créme frâiche and the Amish Friendship Bread many
times....I still make créme frâiche in quantities every two weeks and use
for personal use, catering or in my cooking classes without fear
