Bread-Bakers v103.n035.14

I am very curious about the Bosch Mixers. Can someone help? They all seems 
to have a 700 Watt Motor. Some are plastic, some metal. What is the 
difference? And please: Does anyone own the machine and how does it compare 
to a Kitchen Aid quality wise. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
