Bread-Bakers v103.n008.5

I have a breadman and I lost the manual...AAAAAAAAAAAA!!

I have searched the internet and cannot find any help in how to find the 
manual on line or how to operate my machine. I have only used it a few 
times and now it seems like I might as well throw it away without the 
operating instructions.
                                                                                         Please 
help!
