Bread-Bakers v103.n001.19

Please advise a source for Monk's bread.

Previously I had purchased the bread from Kroger's in Pennsylvania or New 
York and the bread was baked by the Monks in the area. I am willing to 
attempt making the bread if you have a recipe.
