Well, I'm really ashamed to admit it to you all, but I discovered my error
in making those darn bitter tortillas last week: it was a "pulling
error".....I pulled the baking SODA off the shelf, instead of the baking
POWDER!!! Snickering at me, my 85 year old mother said she developed this
problem, too, when she was my age; said it's called "CRS disease." (Hint:
the first two words are "Can't Remember...." hehehe) Oh well, motivates me
to try those tortillas again!
