Micro-Bakeries--Food For The Community with Alan Scott

Join us for an evening with Alan Scott, masonry oven builder, baker and 
co-author of "The Bread Builders." Alan is at work on a new book about 
small bakeries and the opportunities they represent to provide a 
sustainable way of life for the baker, the community, and the planet. There 
will be plenty of time for your questions about breads, ovens, and baking. 
Meet Alan and his "Bread Builders" co-author, Dan Wing, in the comfortable 
surroundings of the Baking Education Center.
