Sweet rice flour is from a short grain Chinese rice. It is sometimes
called glutinous rice flour or sticky rice flour. I doubt that you would
just happen to pick up that kind at your local store. I purchase my sweet
rice flour at a Chinese grocery. More likely you would find what I have
seen labeled as " rice flour". The sweet rice flour is always labeled as such.
