Bread-Bakers v102.n001.20

I have done this in the past and it works. All of my cookbooks are in 
storage right now (in the midst of a move) but (if my memory is working 
correctly) there are recipes for these in the King Arthur Flour Cookbook 
and (I also think) one of Bernard what's his-name- books. Also I have an 
old James Beard book on bread where I am pretty sure a recipe exists. Good 
luck. Let me know what you find. Try the King Arthur one first.
