Bread-Bakers v100.n065.13

Recently returned  from San Francisco and was impressed with the round
sourdough  buns which  were cut open with a large, deep cutter and
consequently filled with soup. (Boudin's Bakery... Has anyone tried it
and if so which recipe did you use. Thanks.  Maure
