Bread-Bakers v100.n058.5

I have read about using terra cotta but have never done it,  because I 
didn't know what minerals or foreign stuff would come out of the terra 
cotta into my bread.  Can you make me easy in my mind about it.  Can I just 
go to a nursery and buy any terra cotta pot or saucer and use it without 
worrying about my health and, of course, others?
