Bread-Bakers v100.n002.27

The book WHOLE GRAIN BREADS BY MACHINE OR BY HAND by Beatrice Ojakangas is 
a very good book.  I got it about 1 year ago and have made a couple of 
recipes from it but also refer to it frequently for info.  It is also a 
very interesting reading book and well organized.

I definitely enjoy this book.
