Well, at my house we recently went on the Sugar Buster's diet, which is 
sometimes called low-carb, although it is actually more subtle than that, 
it is a low blood sugar diet, so you have to eliminate sugar, rice, 
potatoes, and refined white flour. For bread, a nice heavy whole wheat is 
just fine.
