Bread-Bakers v099.n036.2

I recently purchased a pound of triticale flakes.  Does anyone have any
recipes 
for using these in bread in a bread maker?  I can also grind some of them in a 
food processor to make meal or coarse flour.  Thanks to anyone who replies.
