Bread-Bakers v098.n010.7

I'm new to this list, but have already collected many of your great sounding
automatic bread maker recipes.  Someone may have already answered this, but
someone said they had problems getting the paddle out to clean between baking. 
I have a Hitachi, and the paddle never comes out by itself.  I just put enough
water in the bread pan to cover the paddle, then I let it sit about 5 min. 
After that, the paddle slides out and I wash everything.  Hope this helps.
