Bread-Bakers v097.n082.14

I have had the Breadman Plus for two years with no problems.  I use it almost
daily.
However, my mom has the same machine and her dough hook became permanently
stuck, and she had to order a new pan and hook.  You may want to contact the
company (Salton-Maxim) because it sounds like there may be a quality defect in
