Bread-Bakers v097.n077.2

I make several loaves of bread at a time and freeze those that I don't use
immediately.  Does anyone have any recommendations on how to thaw the
loaves (other than to just let them thaw on the counter) and how should I
package the loaves before putting them in the freezer?
