Bread-Bakers v097.n060.16

Does anyone know the recipe and process for dark bread
that is baked in Russia (not the typical adaptation).  Some questions 
I have: does it use a sourdough starter, does it use cocoa (as I 
often see in recipes), and what grains are used?
