Bread-Bakers v097.n058.9

Dear Robin,
I have baked bread manually most of my life, but I was not aware that you 
could freeze the bulk of your yeast...........doesn't this kill it?  Please 
respond soon, as I need to buy yeast , and would like to buy it in bulk .
